First you have to uninstall the previous version of IDM by selecting "full" option at start and Uninstall requires a Restart. After restarting Go to C:/ drive and program files and there delete 'internet download manager' folder and if you can't find then found this folder in "program files(x86)" in C drive.
Now right click on downloaded IDM 6.18 and click extract here. After extraction open folder of IDM-6.18 and install idman618.
Open instructions file and Register it as written there(If after registration IDM gives massage that it is registered with Fake serial key and blah blah blah, Don't take tension). After that exit IDM from Icons tray at bottom right corner or from task manager. Protected way is exiting IDM from task manager by exiting two processes that are "idman.exe"(right click on it & click end task) and "IEmonitor.exe".
Now open the crack folder and copy IDMan and paste in C:/Program files/Internet Download Manager and paste there by clicking on copy and replace.
Open Internet Download Manager from Start menu. After Installation restart your browser.
